We are committed to providing a safe working environment for all our employees, subcontractors, clients and members of the public who may be affected by our work. Our health and safety management system is regularly reviewed and updated to reflect current legislation and best practice.

Every project begins with a comprehensive risk assessment and method statement (RAMS), and our site teams are fully trained and equipped to maintain the highest safety standards throughout the duration of each project.

On-Site Safety Practices

Risk Assessments & RAMS

Comprehensive risk assessments and method statements are prepared for every project before work begins. These are reviewed and updated as the project progresses.

Site Inductions

All personnel receive a thorough site induction before commencing work, covering site-specific hazards, emergency procedures, and welfare arrangements.

Regular Inspections

Routine site inspections are carried out to ensure ongoing compliance with safety standards. Any issues are addressed immediately and recorded.

Waste Management

Responsible waste management and disposal procedures are followed on all sites, with materials recycled wherever possible to minimise environmental impact.

Subcontractor Vetting

All subcontractors are vetted for competence and safety credentials before being engaged. They must demonstrate valid insurance, qualifications and training records.

Incident Reporting

A clear incident and near-miss reporting system is in place. All incidents are investigated thoroughly with corrective actions implemented to prevent recurrence.
